I want to share some background information about me.
I was born in St. Louis, MO and lived there for nineteen years
before joining the United States Marine Corps. I enlisted in the Marines in 1991. After a successful tour in the military,
I got an honorable dischage and moved back to St. Louis for six months. Then I decided to return back to North Carolina to
visit some friends and eventually ended up staying here. In December, 1996, I decided to pursue a career in teaching.
I enrolled at LCC and transferred to ECU to receive a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics.
